Pelayo project is an interior renovation of an apartment, located in Madrid and designed by Spanish firm OOAA Arquitectura, known for their minimalist aesthetic and neutral color palettes.
The concrete flooring and the micro-cement walls create a sense of spaciousness and continuity and act as a kind of blank canvas for other warmer textures like the sisal rugs, the heavy linen drapes and the wooden cabinetry and doors.
And my favorite part of this apartment is the hit of warmth mustard yellow that plays so nicely against the crisp white sheets and neutral tones in the bedroom.
